This Privacy Policy explains how Totux collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our diagnostics, marketplace, expert network, conversations, subscriptions, and community features.

Totux supports several roles, including founders and business owners, experts, flippers, investors, and voters. The information we process depends on your role and the features you use.

Account information may include your name, email address, username, password credentials, phone number, country, role, subscription, billing status, and authentication records.

Founder information may include company name, industry, country, diagnostic answers, business health scores, documents, marketplace listings, deal room activity, expert requests, offers received, and communications.

Expert information may include profile details, skills and industries, biography, work experience, education, certifications, hourly rate, availability, CV or portfolio links, intro video, verification status, proposals, engagements, and earnings-related records.

Flipper and investor information may include country, role profile, browsing and saved listings, offers, unlocks, deal room activity, investment or acquisition interests, and messages.

Voter information may include anonymous username, voting activity, forum participation, benchmark responses, moderation signals, and account-level security records. Public voter participation is intended to be anonymous or pseudonymous, but Totux may still maintain private records needed to operate and protect the platform.

When you submit diagnostic answers, company information, documents, or messages, Totux may process that information to generate scores, insights, recommendations, summaries, matching signals, marketplace eligibility, and workflow status.

Some features may use automated processing or AI-assisted tools. Outputs may be reviewed, corrected, or supplemented by authorized users, experts, administrators, or service providers where necessary to operate the platform.

We use information to create and secure accounts, route users to the right workspace, provide diagnostics, calculate scores, support expert matching, operate marketplace listings and deal rooms, process payments, send notifications, and provide customer support.

We also use information to verify experts, monitor quotas and subscriptions, prevent fraud, enforce platform rules, improve product quality, debug errors, comply with legal obligations, and protect users and the Totux ecosystem.

We share information according to role permissions and product workflows. For example, founders may share selected company information with experts, flippers, investors, or deal room participants; experts may share proposals with founders; and marketplace participants may share offers and messages with counterparties.

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, communications, payments, document processing, security, and customer support.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transaction involving Totux.

Voter-facing community activity is designed to display an anonymous username or pseudonymous identity rather than your legal name.

Anonymous display does not mean Totux cannot access private account or technical records. We may use those records for security, abuse prevention, moderation, legal compliance, and platform integrity.

Do not include personal information in public voter posts or votes if you do not want that information to be visible to other users.

Payment details may be handled by third-party payment processors. Totux may store transaction identifiers, subscription state, plan tier, quota state, invoices, unlock records, and payment status, but we do not need to store full card numbers in our application database.

Billing and transaction records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support audits, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

You can update some profile and account information in the product. For other requests, contact privacy@totux.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Totux may process information in countries other than where you live. When information is transferred internationally, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Totux evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
